Vibox LTD

I ordered a computer from this company a couple of months ago. The first one they sent me didn't work so had to be sent back and it was almost 2 weeks before a working computer was delivered to me. The parts used to build the unit were much lower quality than the parts advertised, the power supply is not sufficient for the amount of hardware and there were some screws missing, the motherboard was not fixed in properly and half of the usb ports weren't even connected to the motherboard. I was appalled by the service so I demanded a refund which I was refused multiple times and they even hung up on me a couple of times. I am now having to spend more money to upgrade a unit which I paid over £400 for less than 2 months ago. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business. They don't seem to know the meaning of customer service and I don't think they care as long as they've got your money. Also, they charged me more than the advertised price (not much more but i thought it was worth mentioning). Stay well away from this company at all costs as the only way I can describe them is "Con artists"!
