Low prices and no-fuss service
I took my Renault Megane here last winter having had some problems with my exhaust. The quote I received from Kwik Fit was over £300 and from Harpenden Autos was near £200, but Victoria Garage quoted me £120 - so much cheaper that I worried a bit but as I was skint I went for it anyway and never had any problems! I would return here again. It's a small garage so the people you speak to on the phone are the same people who work on the cars and understand what is going on, so you can have a sensible conversation about the work. The only downside to this is that they don't always answer the phone straight away! But keep trying, it's worth it.

Help with a VW
Although this is not their main brand of car they specialize in, Victoria garage made it just as much a concern as any other. They explained what they knew and what they did not know, and explained the technical aspects in a very straight forward way and with respect to the customer. I would recommend them.
