Lovely salon lovely staff
Have been visiting Vida for 8 years for hairdressing treatments. The hairdressers are top quality & very professional. They consult with you in depth prior to your treatment to ensure you will be totally happy. The salon is warming, inviting and very welcoming. Both my teenage children still attend and have done since they were very small for their hair cuts and colours. I would highly recommend this salon.

DO NOT GO TO VIDA HAIR & BEAUTY ***POOR SERVICE***
I have been a client of Vida hair & beauty for number of years. My last experience there was a terrible one and I would never go back! You are overcharged when the manager is on reception she is very rude and opinionated the level of service on reception is not the same since a member of staff left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone unless you wish to get ripped off and made to feel belittled.

Have been there once and the last time... First of all, the receptionist was speaking so silently that i had to repeat couples everything i said. Second, with the lady hairdresser i was unable to communicate - no English at all, just `yes` and `ok`. I couldn`t understand when the hair cut has ended, i just asked: Is that all??!! The head was a completely mess, i asked for some wax or gel and put it on myself!!!! I came up to receptionist to pay for the service, and again the receptionist was f.. silent, and paid 13,- for a 10 min cut and a mess on my head.... DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY...

I used to love it here... but beware the 48 hour Cancellation Policy!
I'd been a loyal customer of Vida for over three years when I came up against their '48 hour Cancellation Policy'. I had booked an appointment, but on the day of that appointment, I woke up with a horrible tummy bug and really was in no state to go to the salon and have my hair cut. I rang the salon and asked to reschedule, explaining that I was ill. I was told that because of the 48 hour policy, I would be charged the full price of my missed appointment (£35!!). After arguing with the receptionist for a while, she said that she would reduce it to £10 on this occasion. When I said that I wouldn't pay it, she wouldn't budge and so I've taken my business elsewhere. I can't believe that they can treat people so badly - especially loyal customers. It's a disgrace.
