About

With over 15 years of experience in the Hotel, Restaurant and Pub trade in Norfolk, I have worked in kitchens of well reputed establishments including; Tatlers, The Last Wine Bar, The Norfolk Mead Hotel, Broadhouse Country Estate Hotel, The Parson Woodforde, The Ingham Swan and The Walpole Arms. I have a broad range of knowledge and skills, from fine dining, classic French Cuisine and Patisserie to outdoor events and hot and cold buffets. I will provide a friendly, efficient, non obtrusive and competitively priced service in your own home. I can provide tableware and equipment where required and will even accomodate home cookery tuition or cookery demonstrations at your convenience.
