Very pleased with the quality of the television. The installation and after sales service is excellent. Would happily recommend Vigars to anyone else.

AWFUL
We bought a new television and HD recorder from this guy. He gave a really persistent HARD SELL on the upgrade guarantee. I asked what guarantee it came with and he said a year. He insisted we needed the extra 5 year upgrade, saying it included them picking up the TV if it went wrong. If we did not have it we might have to wait weeks for a repair. We should have walked away then. So we paid for the upgrade. When we got home we discovered from his website and a previous print out he had given us, that it already was covered by a 5 year guarantee (not the 1 year which he claimed). Consumer advice tell us to pursue a claim to try and get out money back. We only shopped there to support local business. What a mistake. I just hope we can stop others making out mistake.
