The Villa

Villa Kariska is a beautiful, four bedroomed spacious villa making it ideal for either one or two families or a group of friends wanting to holiday together. The villa enjoys a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, opening directly onto a private pool and lovely mature gardens. These provide an oasis of trees and bougainvillea with open views towards the magnificent Taurus mountains and Kalkan bay.

There are many areas to find peace and quiet, from the lovely roof terrace, private balconies or shaded hammock area.

The light and airy interior has been tastefully decorated in a contemporary style encompassing both Turkish and English influences.

Villa Kariska is located in the very popular Ortalan area of Kalkan close to the old town. It is an easy 10 minute stroll into the centre of Kalkan and a further 5 minutes to the enchanting marina and beach. A car is not necessary due to the close proximity to all amenities.

Villa Kariska is comfortably furnished and offers a large spacious, light and airy, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens directly onto the gardens and pool area.

The beautiful modern kitchen with its granite work tops, is equipped with everything you might expect at home from a dishwasher and washing machine to an Nespresso coffee machine and chilled water dispenser.

Upstairs, the four bedrooms are light and airy each offering stunning sea and mountain views from their balconies.

The master bedroom suite covers the whole of the first floor, with a six-foot four poster bed, en-suite, seating area and large private balcony. The other three bedrooms include one king-size room and two twin rooms, which also open out onto spacious balconies with bistro table and chairs.

The living space includes everything you might need such as wi-fi internet, smart TV, and a bluetooth speaker.
