Taxi turned up nearly an hour late. Was stood in the cold in February, I'm 82 years old. Wrong type of taxi turned up which my friend had to help me into and out of. Terrible.

top service, on time & a friendly driver , seems to be rare qualities with other taxi's I've used. Village cars are now my taxi firm of choice.
