I trained at VTB Hoveton and found the class really good and the coaching first class everyone is really friendly and they all take time to show you the differant moves ,its a great way to keep fit or if you want to learn some self defence. Everyone trains at differant levels so great if you have never done any thing like this before. This is also great for males and females so if you are not sure come long with your partner

what a great concept & teacher
i joined the hoveton ''Wing chun'' group about 4 months ago & ive gotta say ....im impressed!! i was nervous about joing a martial arts group for years, i finally went down on the tuesday night & checked it out, its an EXCELLENT fighting form, & a great workout... there's a relaxed freindly vibe which made me feel right at home from the off. the instructor has endless ''WC'' know-how & is instantly willing to awnser questions or go back over what your being shown.... everyone learsns at their own pace. so, if your tuesday nights are free & you want to learn a little self-defense come down you'll not be dissapointed.
