appaling, fraudulent money grabbing, they do not care about you only your money
appalling dentist surgery, reception staff have no manners, rude and no customer service skill what so ever. i have been there 15 times and i always have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes to see the dentist (vipul shah), sometimes 45 minutes. does not explain very well what they are doing and do not like answering your question that you may have. His assistant is very rude to me always, never has a smile, miserable and thinks she is a queen of the world!!!!! dentist books many patient in for 1 slot and sees them not with a care, just trying to make as much money as possible without the right service stay away from this place, they only want your money and not treat you with care
