After looking at some of our competitors at the time, it became obvious to us that we desperately needed to update our existing site. We needed a more effective, and much quicker way for customers to find what they wanted and to buy it! The navigation on our old site was outdated and promo units and on site selling tools were also in need of improving, also we wanted better links from our site to social media. We had very limited capabilities before, especially with regard to navigation, onsite offers and discount codes, so we were losing sales due to lack of functionality. When we were looking for a company to build our new website, we had many considerations. Cost was obviously a big part of it, but we also wanted to find a company who we felt we could trust in, who could supply a variety of expertise from design through to SEO, and also a company that we would not outgrow. We looked at various providers, but in the end Visualsoft stood out from the start as a team that could tick all the boxes that we were looking for. We chose Visualsoft for many reasons - the excellent value for money, the openness and transparency of the pricing structure, the continuous developments and the ability to be able to add features as and when needed. This really encouraged us that if we went with Visualsoft then we would be able to keep our site updated with both design features and sales tools that would allow us to grow and reinvent without a scary invoices at every corner. Best of all, we felt we felt we had found a set of people we could work with long-term. Fast forward to the present day, and we really feel that now we have a website to be very proud of. It has inspired us to come up with new sales promotions, new products, and a better business plan for the future - we feel we now have the tools to take the online sales to new heights.

Although Boxfresh’s clothing range is available through a wide range of retailers, we also sell directly via an eCommerce website, which we recently had redesigned and redeveloped by Visualsoft to incorporate additional functionality. We knew we needed to upgrade our platform, as our current one had very limited capabilities, was very outdated, and just wasn't suitable for us as a company.
