Adults Martial Arts Classes
We offer a variety of classes in several Martial Arts including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ, Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts MMA and Wrestling. We have specialist instructors with many years experience in their respective discipline teaching structured technique in a safe progressive manner. These classes are open to men and women of all ability levels and fitness standards.

Childrens Martial Arts Classes
Our Childrens Martial arts classes are split into 3 sections, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu BJJ looking at groundwork, submissions, locks and holds. Wrestling covering takedowns, throws, pins and falls. We also are proud to be one of only a few clubs offering kids Mixed Martial Arts MMA where we blend these ranges together and also look at striking. All of these classes are a great way to build your child's self confidence, learn self discipline and prepare them for any self defence they may be likely to encounter.

Personal Training
We are fortunate to benefit from having several fully qualified, experienced Personal Trainers, offering a variety of options for any additional training requirements, including body measurements and nutritional plans and advice. All of our instructors and PT's are fully insured.

Private Tuition
All of the coaches here at Viva are highly skilled and experienced in their respective disciplines. Each of the coaches are available to deliver private tuition on a one to one basis to assist you in refining specific areas of your game, or elevating you to that next level.

Sports Therapy
We are able to offer and accommodate Sports therapy and Sport massage here in the gym. Our fully qualified Sports therapist/masseuse is able to assist with rehabilitation from injury as well as general sports related issues.
