Laid off

I was working for voting through staff line from the 13/7715 till the 14/8/15 I was laid off due to budget cuts as the budget cut the result was me been laid off due to many people working on the night shift the needed only 36 night shift staff and they employed a new worker on the 10/8/15 the day back often the 2 week shut down at JLR lode lane Solihull when they new about the cut backs they had to make on the 15/8/15 I was informed by one of the lads who I was working for they had taken on more people I have made complaints about this to main hq of vouch its self and had no reply I have asked for email addresses and phone numbers for a ref so I can put on application forms and had no reply in my eyes and other staffs eyes I was put on the list to be laid off on the 14/8/15 at 11:45pm with the words I'm not longer needed due to cut back if that's the case why have they taken on more people if they have to make budget cut backs
