bad bad bad
exceptionally bad customer service and artist a novice, not what I asked for not even remotely .....not good now got to pay some more money to fix it

Worst service ever
Received the worst service ever.wont go there if it was the only place left in nots.feel bad for lady on reception as she was nice but what a horrible man the owner/manager is.gave him picture of what I wanted -he was short and cold at this point already -he drew it but left out a tiny detail.inthen politely told him that the drawing looked good but if he could please make a very MINOR change (which he neglected to include ,I might add) he then starts shouting that I'm wasting his time and it will cost me more!i have never NEVER seen such bad customer service in my life! I'm going to tell myself that this isn't the way he normally is and that he just had a very bad day (although this was early morning so maybe he woke up like that!) because if this is what he is naturally like then I feel very sorry for him and his business.that was bad karma ..very bad :-(
