We will advertise your property's do viewings and fined the right tenant's and do all the paper work e.g. Tenancy Agreements , credit check collect the rent inform gas and electricity company's and 7 Trent water that there is new tenants in the property and we will keep the property up to the current legislation. We only charge 8% management fee per month per property and you don't pay anything till the tenants move in to you property.
We also do extra services at a extra cost but at discounted rates e.g. decorating your properties we also do cleaning and we can get the gardens sorted out as well.
