All our caravan holiday homes feature a colour television, gas fire, duvets, microwave oven, refrigerator, toilet and shower and the caravans are graded according to the level of furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Our caravans offer a comfortable and affordable option for your holiday in Skegness, and free access to the park\u2019s leisure complex and other facilities are included in the cost of your stay.

The cost of your holiday will depend on the grade of holiday home you choose, the length of your stay and the time of year you visit us.

At Richmond we offer 7-night & 14-night stays as well as Midweek (Mon-Fri) and Weekend (Fri-Mon) breaks. Short breaks (3 & 4 night stays) are available throughout the peak summer season, including the School Summer Holidays.
