Terrible

I have been going to this dental practise for the last 9 years and I have been really happy with the service and my dentist Jane, my children have been happy also as Jane had a natural kindness towards my children including my autistic 4 year old son. So when i had to take my 5 year old daughter for her check up I found that our normal dentist had left and we had a new dentist called Nigel this was fine.So when taking my daughter in to see her new dentist I had my autistic son with me as I always do. {Jane was always friendly and had no problem with my other children in room with me. }And as my son is only 4 years old he was curious and was wanting to get the same attention as his sister like he always did with jane .But this new dentist Nigel turned round to tell me to bring my daughter myself the next! I explained to him that my son has autism and he turned round and said "yes I can see that" quite rudely infact. I left quite upset and when I got home I was so annoyed this dentist had me in tears. So after 9 years of perfect friendly service this ten minute appointment has ruined it. So myself and my 3 children have left this dentist and are with another. Might I add when I phoned up to complain and discharge my family from this dentist the lady who phoned me back was lovely and apologetic, so this has nothing to do with any other member of staff at this practise only the rude dentist Nigel!
