Disappointed
The repair they undertook to my roof didn't work. I called to tell them this and ask that they come out and look at it again. Apparently they'd call me back - I'm still waiting 10 days later. I tried to call them - to no avail. They also seem reluctant to provide receipts and prefer to write them on ordinary notepad paper. This makes me think the VAT man won't be told about this job! £300 down the drain
