This company will take an exorbitant monthly fee from you yet you will STILL end up organising everything yourself. They charge for work that is not requested or required and pass on personal information from one consumer to another. They will try and prevent you selling your house by requesting that you agree to pay £100 + VAT to them, otherwise they withhold extremely necessary information from your solicitor! Do NOT trust these people EVER!

This company take a monthly fee from you, yet you will end up having to organise absolutely EVERYTHING between you and your neighbours. They threaten and blackmail you for money and will also try and prevent the sale of your house unless you pay them an 'administration fee' of £100! Do NOT trust them EVER.
