bad service
customer service is absolute rubbish. Staff do not return phone calls. I having been waiting 3 months for a chair to be repaired. It has now been lost but the company don't seem to care. Have demanded a new chair but am still waiting for someone to confirm it has been ordered and no one returns my calls. I leave countless messages to no avail. My advice, buy elsewhere.
