If they can screw up they will
Nearly always a problem. Staff are poorly trained and generally have no trade experience. They don't understand the products and attitude is often poor. The probably mess up 50% of the times I have used them so I go out of my way to go to Travis Perkins / Four Oaks Timber just up the road or to EH Smith, both of which have tradespeople who know what they are talking about, better prices and brilliant customer service. I would recommend you don't mess about this these jokers. It's not worth the frustration.
