It works!
I was very sceptical about gastric band hypnotherapy at first,but I was wrong..it actually works! I needed to lose a ton of weight and had tried everything -slimming clubs,gym,starving myself! Then I found Salone at Warwick Hypnotherapy-from the outset she put me at ease and made me feel really relaxed. After the first session I found my cravings (for chocs) had really gone down and the weight started dropping off naturally.I wanted to walk more and I didn't crave junk food..I don't know what she did..but it worked! I'm now nearly a size 10 (down from an 18). Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
