I ordered a warwick taxi to take me to the train station and it arrived 15 minutes late causing me to miss my train. When I asked to be taken to the next train stop of my journey I was charged a steep £40 despite it not being my fault that I had missed the train. The worst part is that I heard the taxi driver say to his manager that I was the one who was late despite waiting outside in the cold for 15 minutes! When we stopped I rang the manager of the company to complain about their treatment of me and he apologised and said that it was their fault and that I could have a free taxi ride on my next time. When I tried to redeem this at a later date the company called me a liar and said that I had made the whole thing up! They said that I was the one who was late and treated me horribly. I've never been called a liar before or ever had such rude service. I can never use this taxi service again and implore everyone else to totally avoid Warwick taxis!
