I have been waiting for my refund for over month and a half… they won’t answer emails, social media nor phone calls. It over £120 refund. I am disgusted with how customer service/support has ignored.

Ordered clothes, they never arrived… months after order they sent me a message to say they’ve been delivered, not to my house, they can’t tell me where… and NO I can’t have a refund!! Avoid!!!
