Water Wise Services was originally started as a plumbing business in 2008 under the name Dunnwell Plumbing and Heating. We have grown over the years to offer a range of services to our customers whilst keeping that personal touch you expect from a family run business. Over the years, we have become a well-known brand within the water related industry and have achieved recognition, awards and membership of governing and trade bodies.

Our service team now carry out Legionella Risk Assessments, UKAS Accredited Legionella Testing, Legionella Awareness Training, Legionella Control and Prevention, General Plumbing Maintenance, Power Flushing, Water Testing, Portable Appliance Testing, Carpet Cleaning and Window Cleaning.

As well as our residential and business customers, we work with Dental Practises, GP Surgeries, Medical Centres, Care Homes, Shops, Charities, Letting Agents, Landlords, Housing Associations, Community Centres/Groups and Churches. Discounts are available for charities, community groups, emergency services personal armed forces personnel both serving (immediate family when serving) retired. Several of our team have undertaken Enhanced DBS/CRB Checks. We carry both Public Liability where appropriate Professional Indemnity Insurance.

At Water Wise our service team and engineers have undertaken a wide range of qualifications training courses. We are qualified, trained, accredited or certified with City and Guilds, NVQ, BPEC, Legionella Control International, Stroma, Honeywell, Cistermiser, Fernox, Seaward and PASS. Our professional qualifications and training have allowed us to join a range of professional and trade bodies within the industry such as The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering and The Water Management Society. We are Water Industry Approved and registered with Water Safe and as such we are recognised by DEFRA and the Secretary of State as "Approved Contractors".
