Watford Laugar Kungfu
I have trained at Watford Laugar for nearly four years now. When i first started i knew nothing about kickboxing or kungfu but i am now about half way to my balck belt. The club is very friendly and the instructors are all really helpfull. I go twice a week and i have a great time and also stay fit, I wouldnt stop going if you paid me. :)
