I got an appointment with the Wave Therapy Clinic because I was overworked and I never used to enjoy a good night's sleep. After only one session, Steph @Wave Therapy Clinic helped me see that there are other ways to cope with the anxiety that kept me up at night. She has even helped me cope with what my client's throw at me on a daily basis and my proficiency levels have even gone up. I fully recommend the Wave Therapy Clinic!
