Part change of use
This Property has had a chequered career, starting off as a convent, then being taken over by the NHS and eventually being run by a private Company situated in Dartmouth. As someone who was living at the property for 13 months I can vouch for the fact that during my stay there I was threatened with physical assault, being severely reprimanded for daring to feed the birds and squirrels, blamed for cleaning someone's car and eventually was told to move on because I dared to sweep up the copious mess in part of the garden.
