Total rip off merchants!

My sister had used this salon once before and had, had a half head of highlights and was charges £45. I needed a T section doing a couple of months later and thought I would go and have it done there as they were cheap and I didn't have much spare cash. I had even less that a T section done as I just had my parting and one majimesh on each side of my face rather than all the way down to my ear. After I had my hair washed I was asked if I wanted my hair blowdryed, of course I did, I wasn't going to walk out with dripping wet hair, and every other colourist I have been to has always dried my hair so he/she could see how the colour turned out. I had my blowdry, and took a look at the colour, I had asked for the highlights to be very fine, and specified that I hated the stripey look. I now had stripes! I wasn't going to complain and just put it down to you pay what you get for and made a mental note never to return. Then it came to paying... The receptionist, who is actually the owner of the salon, asked the girl who did my hair how many majimesh she had used, the girl said "I dunno, 12 maybe 15?" I was then asked to pay £80!! I asked it their prices had gone up, and was told no, but that my blowdry was £20 and each majimesh was £3.00. I stupidly paid, as I was a bit embarrassed by the whole thing. I have since spoken to two of their regular customers both have, half head highlights, a cut and a blowdry for £80. They have both said they will no longer use this salon. So by them ripping me of a few pounds they have now lost out on at least £640 a year.. serves them right for being greedy. Another friend went in to get me a price list and the price list states that they charge £38 for roots.. They obviously saw me coming! If I didn't have to select a star they wouldn't have got any!
