This is the second mortgage we've secured with the help of Ansar and team and today got the keys to our new home, Exited! The process was fast with no hassle and the most important we got a brilliant mortgage deal! Ansar and Sanjit did everything for us, always helpful and prompt answering, couldn't ask for better. They will see us again on the renewal of our mortgage or if we decide to move again :)

Great Experience
As first time buyers, my better half and I had no idea where to start. We came across We Know Mortgages through online searches and review reading. I can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. Ansar and the team made the whole process unbelievably easy. He found the best deal which suited our needs perfectly. Fantastic!
As first time buyers, me and my partner initially thought applying for a mortgage would be stressful. However, Ansar took away that stress and made the whole process as smooth as possible and managed to save us money. Additionally, he was helpful, friendly, honest and always there to answer our enquiries. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Complex circumstances but now in our new home!
We recently returned to the UK after a long stretch abroad. Despite having a very decent deposit we struggled to get a mortgage through our bank and other lenders due to a small settled default and the fact that I'm self-employed and didn't have the required 3-years accounts or address history. After trying another mortgage advisor - several weeks wasted, same result - we contacted We Know Mortgages with little hope of a positive outcome. Ansar and his team were incredibly helpful and the advice they gave us was precious to say the least. They found us a good deal with a more flexible high street lender - at a much lower interest rate and with no upfront fees! They clearly know their market very well and we can't thank them enough. Their fees are very reasonable too. We'll definitely be using them again when our fixed term expires.
