We are mystery shoppers with a difference. We help businesses assess and enhance their customer experience strategy first by auditing current processes and then working with the organisation to enhance it.
As well as this, our CIPD qualified trainers offer bespoke training seminars for customer facing employees and managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to surpass customers expectations. This raises their performance and generates loyal, engaged customers.

Customer Experience Auditors

Although mystery shopping is widely used globally, we prefer to call our service customer experience audits. This is because we work not only with retailers but any business with a customer; restaurants, accountants, airlines and other industries have all benefitted from our input.

Our customer experience assessors are hand picked so you are assured that your people will be unaware that they are interacting with anyone other rather a regular customer. This allows you to have a front row seat into your business and walk for a while in your customers shoes.

We work with our clients creating bespoke audit forms so you receive feedback on what matters most to you and your customers with the results being available to you within 24 hours of a visit. (You will receive a log-in ID to upload your report from our website.) Other than becoming an 'Undercover Boss' this is the closest business managers get to gaining insight into the strengths and weaknesses of their organisation and allows real progress to be made in the shortest time possible.
