Terrible company with poor standards

Laid a tarmac drive on my new build property. In the process, they splashed tarmac all over the house wall which cannot (or won’t) be removed. The driveway is crumbling and has a terrible finish. Two (experts) came out on two separate occasions to inspect it. Both agreed that the tarmac was defective. They have also inspected the garage floor they laid which has cracks through it and wooden stakes poking out of the concrete. Quite clearly pegs they’d used to find levels but didn’t cover or remove them. Now causing extensive damage to floor, with cracks emanating from stakes. However, despite this wearmouth have reported back to the builder to say that there is no issue. Quite troubling when both conversations with experts (?) have been recorded. Someone is telling lies or trying to avoid completing the work correctly. This issue is now 20 months old with no resolution in sight. Terrible company and very shoddy standards.
