Pretty rubbish
I used GB Logo design for 6 concepts, and I provided them a logo to use as a base. Must of the 6 designs looked like clipart, and were rubbish frankly. After repeatedly telling them to just improve the one I sent them and receiving rubbish back I went elsewhere and was immediately impressed with the results. I would highly recommend not using this company.

Awful Business, Poor Service
If you want better value for money than these clowns then head down to your local casino and place a bet on red or black - even if you lose, it will be a better experience. I paid up front (in full) for two separate projects (logo + stationary) and the few designs that I did receive were amateurish. Communication is awful and you constantly have to chase them. In my opinion, they are unable to deliver on any promises made. They were quite good at taking my money though. I'm now trying to get a refund, which is unlikely as they claim my account is closed because there has been more than 6 weeks between our correspondences. From my perspective, I never opened an account with them but paid in full for a job to be done which has not been done. With their current stance, I view them as liars and thieves but would however be prepared to change my viewpoint if they either delivered what I paid for or refunded me. I don't believe this is an unreasonable request. Until this happens, I will be raising awareness of how poor the experience is of dealing with this company, so that others can avoid them completely. Didn't expect the logo designs to be as good as they were. After checking out the samples on their website and their prices, I wasn't really confident, but after a few edits it was up to standard and it's now plastered over our site & social media.

GB Logo Design responded to my enquiry quick, they got in touch and let me know everything I needed before going ahead with a logo design company. We decided to go with them after speaking to a couple of other companies. The first designs we got sent were not very good, we didn’t like the style of the designer Lee so asked for someone else to take a look at it. They called me and run over my brief again and appointed a senior member of staff who nailed the brief in the first round. End result = very happy.

Working with GB Logo Design was very easy. In less than 24 hours they sent me various logo designs to choose from and then we went back and forth a few times until I got exactly what I was looking for. They are very prompt to respond and their designs are very good.

Very happy!
After a google search of various logo design companies, I decided to go with GB logo design as their website was impressive and showed a wide range of their services and previous work. Their pricing structure is clear and transparent - there are no hidden charges and no extras added at checkout as with many companies, after a quick chat on the phone with Omari, I opted for the intermediate package with unlimited concepts and revisions. During the design process I altered the design a number of times, and this was done by Omari with no questions asked. Communicating with GB was simple either by phone or email, getting a response quickly.
