Completely Disheartening
I had walked past this beautiful shop so many times on my way to and from the city centre and when I was finally engaged this is the first shop I thought of to look in as all of the dresses were so lovely. I booked an appointment and turned up on the day and I was ever so excited. I was met by a young girl who was really nice and helpful. She really wanted to help me. I picked out some dresses that I really liked and I joked by saying I am quite short. We both laughed. Susan then came out after dealing with her last appointment and she was very abrupt.. Took the dresses that I wanted to try on and put them back on the rails saying I was too short to try any of these dresses on. She then continued and said I wouldnt be able to get a made to measure dress because I was so short. This really upset me and she asked if I had thought about shorter dresses. I humoured her but I wanted a pretty full length dress. After leaving this place being rushed out the door because of her next qppointment (i had only been there 10 minutes) I was so sad and didnt feel like visiting the rest of my appointments that day. I have also spoken to a few of my colleagues at work and have been told that Sue had also called them fat.. This was a truly disheartening experience to what should be so very exciting.

Exceptional bridal shop
Having seen a picture of the dress of my dreams, ‘Gwenyth' by Maggie Sottero, I tried in vain to find a shop that stocked this dress, without any luck! However, after leaving a message at Wedding Gowns by Susan Graley, it was Sue who got back to me straight away and assured me that she would be able to order in ‘Gwenyth'. Sues communication skills cannot be faulted and responses were always instantaneous. Sue went above and beyond for me and was more than helpful; she went out of her way to ensure the dress would arrive on time (other shops would try and panic you into buying almost immediately, there was no pressure from Sue). As a perfectionist Sue made sure the dress fitted me perfectly and as an abroad bride she took away the worry of getting my dress to an overseas destination, she stored my dress for me, pressed it the day before we flew and packed the dress carefully to make certain it would fit into my hand luggage. To go with my dress they even stocked the perfect tiara by ‘Liza'. After visiting many bridal shops I could not fault the service from Sue or her team, who were all professional with a lovely and helpful manner that made me feel at ease. I would without doubt highly recommend, ‘Wedding Gowns by Susan Graley'.

having just collected my beautiful dress from susan i cannot wait to wear it....susan was fantastic with idears and help and my dress fitted perfectly on arrival...it was so nice finding such a friendly personal service, and i would recommend her without a doubt....

I have recently bought my wedding dress from Susan. I went back to her after buying 3 ball gowns previously. I have always had exceptional service, and wouldnt hesistate to recommend anyone. She has always found me the perfect dress.
