Bad food and worse customer service

Arguably the worst indian takeaway I have ever had the displeasure to use. The first time we ordered we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before we called to find out where our food may be, only to be told it was late due to the rain. I'm still unsure how rain affects the ability to cook and deliver a meal in a car. Giving them the benefit of te doubt we ordered again. This time we waited 1 hour 10 minutes an decided to call and see what the delay was (no weather problems this time) to be told the driver was just round the corner. 15 minutes later and no food we called again and were advised we would be called back immediately with an update. 15 minutes passed with no call so we called again to find out they did not know how long it would be and had no reason for the late delivery or the fact he had not called us back. When the food finally arrived over 1 hour and 30 minutes later it was cold, tasteless and hard. After calling to explain this we were offered 25% off our next order (they offer 20% off as standard when ordered online anyway) needless to say we did not accept as I'd rather pay full price and get an enable meal within an acceptable time!!! Avoid this company of you want a decent meal!!
