I have had four cars looked after over the years by Wellingborough Tyres. I have always had good service and quality repairs with no problems. I would suggest there is more to the story of Mr Richardson's experience than he's prepared to divulge!!

Poor Work & Unwilling To Put Right
Give the impression of providing customer service but, Wheel alignment changed incorrectly, which caused tyres to wear out within 6 weeks. Steering wheel off centre. Balancing not done. Valves not replaced. Tyre pressures vastly incorrect. The company failed to accept any responsibility, nor would they rectify the poor service. I had to have the tyres replaced elsewhere, and have the wheel alignment done again at my own cost. Prior to this experience, my tyre wear was normal.
