Most people struggle with their energy levels, controlling their weight or just feeling down. The Centre allow us to provide a central location for people to come for help and information on leading a healthy active life.

We explain in simple English why a lot of the foods we buy nowadays are not always what they appear to be, and what simple changes anyone can make to achieve a healthier lifestyle - without increasing the cost of their food bills.

You can arrange a free one-to-one Wellness Checkup, which includes: a nutritional assessment and a full 'body scan' measuring body fat, metabolic age and a lot more.

Free 4 Week FitCamp Challenge

FitCamp is about more than just 4 Weeks (12 sessions of fitness). It is all about quality exercise in combination with the right nutrition to get you into the best shape of your life!

Each member goes through a special body scan so that we can assess the correct protein levels, hydration and other key factors that will help to boost your metabolism and improve your lean muscle mass.

Our FREE FitCamp is perfect for everyone, no matter your fitness level.

Monitor your fitness over a 4 week period (3 sessions per week, Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6.15 - 7.45) Come along, and bring your friends and family! (children welcome, parent / guardian responsible at all times).

Classes will be held both inside and outside, the focus is on fun, body-weight exercises and straight forward cardio.

Free Pamper Skincare Sessions

Free Pamper Skincare Session. We would like to invite you to a free skincare facial where you will also learn about the importance of looking after your skin. You will learn tips and hints on the best ways to apply skincare, get to touch, feel and smell a variety of products and the reasons for using different types of cream.

WHAT DOES THE SKINCARE FACIAL PAMPER SESSION INVOLVE?
At this free session (approx 1 hour) you will treat your skin to the highest quality products from our skin care range.

The product range is clinically tested to show that skin looks more glowing and feels softer and smoother in just seven days.
