DPD WEST COASTjoke!!!
3 Days running got text message with delivery time,waited and waited no parcel!! Tracking says unable to deliver no one at home!! 3 DAYS BLOODY RUNNING!!! Total joke. What a way to run a buisness. I have now contacted the sender and asked for a full refund which they will honor they are also going to use other couriers. Hope this wakes up this crap!! company I hold my breath.....

Actually zero rating. Promised delivery by 15:24. Called depot office at 15:50. Submitted tracking number, put on hold for ten minutes only to be told the driver had problems today and was unable to deliver our package. No apologies from office. Didn't seem to care at all. Lets hope they deliver the following day without another problem. Since being told our package wasn't going to be delivered till the following day I went out. Upon my return I find a slip to say they actually tried to deliver my package but no one was home so it was being sent back to the depot. You can imagine my frustration - especially as I asked the depot to leave the package by the back door if no one was home. Again, I called DPD to ask what was going on and why I was told I wouldn't be receiving my items only to discover that they attempted to deliver it (albeit over 3 hours late). Again no apologies, no reason as to why it was left in a secure place. Not happy at all with the zero service observed.

The driver of the above vehicle, Thursday 14th June 2012 in the afternoon and approaching Bradford on Avon from Frome nealy caused an accident whilst overtaking two vehicles on the B3109, the oncoming car was a learner driver! The look of panic on his face said it all. The driver then continued into Bradford on Avon and whilst the car in front of him was giving way to oncoming traffic he overtook her and pushed his way through! Pity I can't post the photograph I took. He should be given his P45 before he kills someone.

Good service
I missed a very important delivery but they were really helpful and allowed me to pick it up from the depot at 3pm rather than 6pm. Friendly staff too.
