Appallingly rude employees.
Of all the taxi companies I have ever used this is by far the worst. Taxis don't turn up even if you get the text saying they're outside. When you phone to enquire about it the staff are aggressively rude and hang up on you repeatedly. I asked to speak to a manager and was laughed at and told to use another company since I was apparently too good for theirs. All I wanted was a taxi, all I got was abuse.

Gold medal for worst service on the planet
Pls do not use this company they are a disgrace!!! Pre-booked a taxi to Glasgow airport that was late. When I phoned to enquire when it would arrive I was shouted at and hung up on 3 times. Ended up turning the driver away when he eventually arrived. There are much more professional, friendly organisations available who actually do appreciate their PAYING customers. If you see westend radio cars run in the opposite direction!!!!
