ILM Leadership Training
The course was very flexible and taylor made to suit my very busy work schedule.The course content was extremly valuable and helped me in my current work situation. It has allowed me to be more structured and focused in dealing with all issues that is required in leading a team.. Excellent references made, topics that helped stimulate the thought process. Would recomend to others. The course has been very benificail and will most certainly help to develop my leadership skills. Mathew was excellent in the way he structure dthe course and put over his personnality into sharing and understanding the perosn and there own abilities.
