Went for the first time here on Wednesday and normally dread my dentist appointments as they have always been so clinical but as I walked through lovely Pinner Memorial Park and up into West House Dental I was immediately relaxed and calm. The environment inside is just stunning and like a show home with beautiful elegant decor and clean lines with all the mod cons you can think of! I was seen by Dr. Shabnam Zai and what a pleasure it was! She was so informative, patient, took her time with me and gave me the most gentle yet very thorough check up and clean I have ever had! She wasn’t judgmental or pushy about what I need to do to look after my teeth better and I had no anxiety at all sitting in that lovely comfy leather chair. I have already booked my next appointment plus my teeth whitening session and am actually looking forward to going back - words I never thought I would say when it comes to a dentist! Thank you Dr. Shabnam Zai for a lovely experience! (P.S. The kids and hubby will also be in soon!)
