best go elsewhere

this dealership is tucked away in side streets not far from brentford football ground and unlike it famous neighbour it appears to be struggling to survive seemingly getting by with car leasing sales deals to large fleets of company cars ( if they still exist ) ... up and till recently you would have been mistake to think this operation was closing down due to the state of its shoddy premises ...it needed a major cash investment from any franchise that would take a hugh risk and as a result its out moded and tired showroom was recently revamped by accepting an additional franchise to sell SEAT cars ( SEAT looking to find another site after its CHISWICK high road showroom not to distant from this location failed and went bust )...as a potential customer you will find the sales staff pushy and overbearing as normal retail customers seldom return here...on the servicing side the garage is expensive and seldom solves problems first time...if your car is under warranty then you'll find your at the back of the queue as non warranty work earns the garage more money... so gets attended to first .The garage boasts 3 franchises plus being able to supply any marque of car( the owner drives a Bentley ) as its linked to a leasing company with a similar name ..so effectively Fulton West London is a jack of all trades...and as the old saying goes ... A MASTER OF NONE !!
