Dear Practice Manager, I have been waiting for some time now for a refund from this practice. I inadvertantly paid £232 up front for treatment....I realised that since I have been on Income-Based ESA that I am actually exempt.....Could you please let me know why it is taking so long to re-imburse my fee?
