Badly managed
Badly run practice, very rude staff, very difficult to get an appointment.

Rude staff, can never get a appointment for doctor or nurse for my newborn
Cannot actually believe how bad this practice is run , the receptionists are rude, they wouldn't even fit my newborn daughter in for an emergency appointment. I have been trying for 4 weeks now to get my daughters injections done and finally got an appointment, waited 30 mins later then my appointment time, then told the nurse had come over I'll and could not do the injections, although I think cause it was past her shift she wanted to go home and was already running very late, I actually can't believe how bad they are, I'm now expected to wait again to be fitted in when the injections are already a month late, I am gonna make a complaint as its so bad.
