DISGUSTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN DONCASTER SHOW ROOM

I visited the Doncaster show room for West Yorkshire Windows and was disgusted with the lady in there. She never spoke or looked up from her desk on arrival however she came over after a few minutes and asked if she could help I explained I was just looking around for ideas, to which she replied this show room is for our customers only !! I was astounded and asked her if she was asking me to leave, I told her she was being very rude and she just kept repeating herself saying this is for our customers only. I tried to ask her questions about the conservatories but she would not even get into a discussion with me I started to tell her that my husband had fitted our previous conservatory but I was now wanting probably an orangery with bifold doors and that I wouldn't trust him to do that, she just totally ignored me and kept saying as I said this show room is for our customers only. I still cannot and do not know why she said what she said, I was genuinely interested in buying a conservatory and just wanted ideas as very undecided what I wanted She did not have any idea how to deal with customers and was the rudest person I have ever met. I left there and went to visit Coral Windows in Wakefield and was greeted with a smile and was given all the advice needed. I will probably be placing my order with them and would NEVER set foot into a West Yorkshire Windows show room again. I was never given the option to tell the unbelievably rude person what I even wanted and as we were leaving she said to another member of staff 'they didn't want to buy anything they just came in to be nosey' I am disgusted West Yorkshire Windows and this member of staff needs disciplining.
