I recently changed to this practice from one in Kidlington. I have found it very polite and professional. The receptionists have been polite and kind on several occasions. The dentist I have seen has been helpful and understanding. The only negatives are no text reminders that you have an appointment and lots of steps very tricky if you have a child asleep in a pushchair.

I didn't even get a chance to get in to the practice. The receptionist was completely rude to me and basically refused to book me an appointment because I already needed treatment.
