The Obediah Brooke, is a Wetherspoons public house located across from the Townhall with plenty of parking nearby. Cheap drinking,catering for all ages of customers from 18 to 80 year olds. Plenty of seating, a dedicated eating area and a small outside drinking area too. Food is cheap and cheerful, from a breakfast, a burger meal or something with more substance.Staff are polite and friendly, though kept on their toes as this location can get busy, especially weekends.Sport is shown on the televisions, which can draw crowds too. This pub stays open later too.Toilets are located upstairs, are spacious, generally clean and tidy. As expected, there is a big selection of draught beers, bottled beers and numerous spirits and mixers to choose from
