Wheatleys Mechanical and Electrical Building Services has been established for a number of years, as a family owned Building Services Contractor, offering a comprehensive Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Installation Service to the Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Private and Public sectors.

Wheatley FM is a Division of the Wheatley M&E offering full Building Services Facilities Management.

Wheatleys has gained an enviable reputation within the industry based upon our wealth of experience, expertise, service, quality, professionalism and competitiveness undertaken on every project from installation through to annual maintenance and total Facilities Management.

Our client base is broad and includes many blue chip companies, such as HSBC, Barclaycard, Dupont, Thistle Hotels, Private Research Company, VW Rolls Royce, Carlsberg, Crown Services, Scottish Coverage, Barnados and the DVLA but to name a few.


An important attribute of Wheatleys is the fact that we are multi-disciplined and therefore offer our clients a completely co-ordinated service for all aspects which is essential for the integration of services into any building fabric, and the long term maintenance and operation.

Installation works and Facilities Management are carried out by our own JIB approved Labour force for the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Services all managed by our in-house team of qualified Engineers, with a 24hour 7day dedicated call centre. Response to call-outs can be within 2 hours if required anywhere in the UK.
