Went in their main warehouse this week, which is where they have the most stock. Was greeted very politely by a young salesperson. I went in to buy a fridge freezer for my house. After him showing me around to the ones that fitted by description, I decided to buy one that came with a 2 years guarantee and it was £120 cheaper than currys, not to mention I got free same day delivery! this place is a bargain! will definitely be coming here for a washing machine next month!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU BUY GOODS FROM THIS SHOP AND YOU MOVE HOME AND TAKE YOUR APPLIANCE WITH YOU (WHICH IS WHAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY DO) AND ITS STILL UNDER ITS 12 MONTHS GUARANTEE THEY WILL NOT COME OUT TO REPAIR IF ITS NOT WORKING PLUS THEY ARE NOT VERY GOOD AT REPAIRS OR GAS SAFTY DONT EXPECT A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ALL GOODS ARE NOT BRAND NEW THEY ARE SECONDS OR FAULTY GOODS ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE YOU WILL NEVER GET TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER HE IS ALWAYS ON HOLIDAY BUT THE GUYS THAT WORK FOR HIM CAN MAKE EXECUTIVE DECISIONS WHICH ONLY THE OWNER CAN MAKE OH AND THEY THINK THEY KNOW THEIR RIGHTS WHICH IS TO SCREW OVER CUSTOMERS
