White Rose industrial and commercial property agents, consultants, valuers and surveyors was established in Birmingham in 1988 and has gained a formidable reputation for its in-depth knowledge of industrial and commercial property in the West Midlands region. Chris White, one of the original directors has been involved in the industrial and commercial property sector since the mid 1960s, initially in London where at the age of 26 he became a partner in one of the leading industrial property agents in the country, moving to Birmingham in 1977 to establish their industrial property agency department. Setting up White Rose a niche practice with elite clientele in 1988.

Chris White has always been a keen sports enthusiast and in his school days was captain of a highly successful school rugby team before he joined and played rugby for Saracens RFC until the mid 1970s. The competitive and leadership qualities are a dominant force at White Rose industrial and commercial property agents. The other director is Michael Sheppard, a chartered surveyor who has been at White Rose since it was formed in 1988. Michael's other interests including football and motor racing and these days his involvement is primarily on a consultancy basis with the remainder of his working week spent in the motor racing industry. White Rose located in Birmingham, a major international city in the heart of England, are able to offer concise, cutting edge, innovative advice and a personal, professional, quality and ethical service backed by a wealth of experience.
