I bought my 4yr old VW passat off them, 1owner with full vw service record, looked at lots before buying this one, car was well presented and sales process was not like i had experienced before, no pressure and all though it took me a week to make up my mind they were not ringing me everyday hassling me, had a problem after free 3 month warranty expired when electric window stopped working but they fixed it for free
